outlook contact sync

In the act with outook contact sync page you get a choice in case of a conflict

1. keep outllook data

2. keep act data

I am not sure whice one is correct unless I actually look at the conflict

I would like to compare and chose the correct data

(as in blackberry to outlook sync)

How do I work around this

act - alot more than that

There is no option to manually check... it's only if the same contact on BOTH have been modified since the last sync

Some time simple is best.

I now use two monitors and when I change act I change outlook or the other way.

Still It would be nice to once and for all get the databases coordinated and let it autosync after that.

Will any of the paid third party providers provide the functionality I need?
