Our company has Sage Act! Premium 2013 Version 18.104.22.168 installed on a Windows SBS server. We have 3 users with remote databases that sync to the main database frequently. A problem just appeared last week with only one of the remote users. When they enter an activity it shows up on their calendar and you can see any notes associated with that activity. Once they clear the activity the notes no longer appear on the activity on the calendar when you hover over it, or even if they unclear the activity and open it. The notes are gone. However, if you go to the contact record of the person that was associated with that activity you can see the notes under the history tab where the activity is stored. This does not happen to either of the other two remote users, their notes are still visible by hovering over the activity right on the calendar, even though it is closed. This is problematic because you have to go find every person attached to each activity in order to see the notes instead of just being able to see it quickly right on the calendar. Something is wrong as it only is happening to one of the remote users, not all.
This started happening to his database after his sync would not have success and his database had to be deleted. We take the database from the server and copy it to his laptop and make it his remote database. Everything has worked fine doing this in the past but this time this problem has surfaced. All the laptops run Windows 7 Professional 32 bit.
