I just added another user to my database. He just installed Act Premium 2012. Because my database license only supports 2 users, he has a different license number. I have added his name and had him bring up ACT and sign in under his name. But when I go back to Tools>manage users. It still shows that his is Active-Pending sign on.
can you tell me what else i need to do?
