new user

I just added another user to my database.  He just installed Act Premium 2012. Because my database license only supports 2 users, he has a different license number.  I have added his name and had him bring up ACT and sign in under his name.  But when I go back to Tools>manage users. It still shows that his is Active-Pending sign on. 


can you tell me what else i need to do?

Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. How many "Active" users are in your database? How many licenses do it show you have? Id he accessing the same database via a network, or is he opening a remote database? If using a remote, has he synced yet?
