Just completed moving a copied version of our Act Database to a new machine. We are permitted to have 10 concurrent users logged in at the same time. However, after pointing users to the new location of the database, it appears we are now only permitted 5 concurrent users. No idea how to correct this! Please help.

We found out that we must of purchased additional users and had 2 seriel numbers.
To fix this - we went to:
Go to Help | Register and added the second serial number.
We then needed to log out and log back in and the additional licenses were now viable.

Mike -
The server was not allowing a Backup and Restore to occur.. seriously it was on borrowed time and barely functioning.
As a result, we had to do everythihg possible to get it up and functioning. While we realize that backup is the first choice - it was impossible in this instance.
The problem is we only had the one ACT 2009 disk with the seriel code. We had assumed the one code was for all 10 of our users.
But when we checked on the server that was failing - we found the other serial code and then took it back to our newly installed location and added the seriel number there to get the total back.
Now - we are back to a fully functional 2009 v11 CRM and it is back to being fast and reliable. And yes - we know this is no longer supported version and there are many many reasons to upgrade. But we work with what we have for now.
Thanks!
