I expect to have 10 users each with their own data base and own contacts. We have been issueing the remote data bases a few at a time and now discover that each remote users can see the USER contact record for each of the other users.
Is there anyway to block this? I want each remote data base to only see himself and see non of the notes or history being entered by other users.
(Said another way, it appears that in addition to the contacts in the sync set all the other users are synced to all the remote data bases as well. I would like to stop that.)

when I set up the remote data base I do not remember being given the option of limiting the users!!! How do I do this?

I just checked the sync set for the remote data base in question and it has only one user indicated?

I'd upgrade to 10.03 - many sync issues addressed in 10.02 and 10.03
Must be done on ALL systems. Backup first
