We have run the ACTDIAG on the server and no change. So first we are going to upgrade from v20 to v21. By changing the query to use statusnum instead of status we did get fields back, although none of the open ones.
Anyway, so step 1 upgrade, step 2 run ACTDIAG again. Then I expect I'll be back on this thread. I'd really love to find someone who we could just contract a few days work to sort it for us!!
