I have tried reading other posts to resolve the issue but I cannot figure out how to fix this.
"Computer could not be reached because the port 1434 may be blocked. Opening the port or re configuring your firewall settings may resolve this issue"
Please use basic terms I can understand please. Act was working fine a month ago and then I started getting this message.
