OK... didn't relate your question to that area. Unfortunately I have no clue, as the whole ActForWeb thingie is not my speciality.

It is possible, but the domain account needs full access to the database location folder - as well as the website folder locations.

Often these permissions will need to be manually added, the easiest way by far is to create a new local administrator account on the server and use those credentials.

Bear in mind, we don't recommend using the domain controller server as the Act! Premium for Web server - it is possible to do this, but there are extra security considerations and permissions issues.
