installing Office -- ACT 10 stopped working

one of my remote users had ACT 10 working.   He installed Office and ACT stopped working.  The SQL service was running but could not locate the database.

 

Any suggestions?

I would advise uninstalling and reinstalling ACT! on that machine. ACT! should be installed after Office is installed in order for the 2 applications to properly integrate.
