are the technicans ever going to fix the bug where you can insert a file into your email . i did the last hotfix and it is still not fixed .
it has only been about 9 months like this guess it is not critical to insert a file when you send an email sorrry for the sarcasism but this is bad

I'm sorry to hear you are still experiencing this issue. If you are referring to the issue in the ACT! Email client where the option to attach a file is grayed out, that was fixed in the 2011 SP1 Hot Fix 3 update. I am not able to reproduce this issue with the latest update to 2011 installed.
Please to go to Help > About ACT! and verify the version you have installed. Also, please see KB Article 27440 for the latest hot fix (now HF4), which is cumulative and includes the email attachment fix (see info under what was fixed in Hot Fix 3).
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
