Greetings, as I can do to change the currency symbol? for some reason when I add a product in the business opportunity I see an incorrect currency symbol

ACT! 2013 For installations in Latin America we need to get a hotfix to correct this problem ... If anyone knows of any response ... PleaseI let me know by email
the problem is that the currency symbol appears J$ (Jamaican Dollar) and really is only $

I have yet pending the issue of the currency symbol, the right is $ but when I upgrate from ACT! 2011 Premium to ACT! Premium 2013 was changed to J$ (Jamaican Dollar) (Installing ACT! 2013 in any country in Latin America)

No Andrew, when they print the quote - it comes with the correct currency symbol ($) but the screen looks like J$ (Currency of Jamaica) this is happening on a client ACT! of México and one in Colombia (ACT! Latin America Installation)
