importing opportunities

I want to import oppounities from excel to ACT!2010.
So i have products (same as in ACT), but i want to associate contact, opportunity name, and company to these products.
What is the layout I should have?

Thank you.

Re: importing opportunities

There is no opportunity import built into ACT. You would need an add in like OakMerge or ImportIT

Re: importing opportunities

I haven't done it with Opportunities, but what I always do for contacts is do a lookup and then export to excel. That way you have the field names and you don't have to create a map. Then I always save in Text (Tab Delimited) before import because I had problems importing other formats with other delimiters.

Re: importing opportunities

I do this for contacts and compagnies, but opportunities are differents.
One opportunity may have multiple products (one to many) with a contact and company.
