they wisah to use their own computer (2 desktops and one laptop)
qwe use Windows XP and windows 7 home premium
how is this accomplshed? Is it a networking set up or otherwise?
and can they all access ACT at the same time?
we have ACT 11 premium (2009)
Since one wil be using a laptop...can they log in remotely when leaving the office?

Networking for the 2 desktops as per:
Sync for Laptop as per:
Note ACT! 2009 wasn't supported on Windows 7... if it has problems, you may need to upgrade

Please click on the links below, they will give you step by step guide on how to share an ACT! database over a network, and how to setup Synchronization.
You will need to decide if you want to setup Application Synchronization or if you would like to use the Network Synchronization service, I have included links to both Knowledgeable articles for you. If the person with the laptop can wait till they get into the office to Sync then either the Application or network sync service will work for them, if they want to synch while out of the office I would suggest following the how to use the ACT! network sync service across the internet.
Hope this helps you.
