Why could it happen that the history records can be viewed on the server but not from the computer of one of the users?
In one of the tests I sent emails trying to create history records, apparently the history records are not created, but when I look for the same contact on the server ... those history records were created...
This only happens in a user's computer, in the rest this does not happen.
Thank you for any ideas.

Histories are probably showing only a FILTERED VIEW on the user's computer. Check especially for the filter "Users" in the history TAB, as this one in only a "Button" with the settings "hidden" and only visible when clicking the button.
