I have Act! 2006 Premium and XP. When I want to enter my login and my password, I have this message : "exception encrypting act! encryption failed"
But on other PC, I can enter in act! with my username and password.It's a main database.

This may be due to one or more damaged files on that machine. You can do a manual uninstall and reinstall of ACT! to attempt to resolve. The instructions for this are in KB 15285.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
