We are using ACT Premium for Web Version 220.127.116.11
Lately, when anyone tries to add any type of attachments to the contact the are receiving error:
"Can't move focus to the control...." screenshot below.
How can it be fixed?
[addition to post] When I log on to the server directly and and run ACT for web, I am able to add attachments/documents without issues.

Do all users have this issue? What version of Internet Explorer are you using? Make sure that IE security settings are not set too high (allow for scripts to run) and the pop-up blockers are off. Also make sure that web database URL has been added to their trusted sites.
