empty groups

Hi All - i am using a remote dbase, there are 2 of us in the same office. We both sync to the server hourly.

I have just noticed that quite a few of my groups are empty - no members at all. I checked on the group access, and it is public and they even have me as the owner. They show up on everyone elses dbase but mine? They are oldish groups, have been around for a month or so, about 50-100 members in each.

Why cant i see them? Any help gratefully received !

Re: empty groups

Hello boss_hogg,
There is currently an open issue with static group members not populating to remote databases. Please see the following Knowledgebase article for more information and batch file to fix the issue:

Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
