Hi Act! Community
One of my colleague cannot send emails from act! If she click on the email address anything happens. Any ideas what could cause this issue? (Act14, Windows 7, Office 2010).
I verified her email settings and they are set like mine (2/3: email system: Microsoft Outlook etc.).

two things come to mind. 1) try write, email and does the email message pop us? Secondly, don't do it from the my record ACT doesn't fill out the email address for the my record.
