email received question

When selecting Type: Other, the Results choices for emails does not include Email Received.  Is there a way to add or edit Result choices?  It is not consistent with the Results options found for Calls.  Our company uses Gmail and this would be an solution to manage communications and provide activity reports to management.

Unfortunately, for the incoming emails, there is not. All emails that come in and are attached to history are desinated as an Email Attachment or Email Auto Attached.
