I have set up my emails in ACT 2009, I am using internet email so set it up with that option, but all my emails have gone, I have only got the new ones that I have received today, how do I get them all to show

The other emails have probably been removed from you inbox and ACT! will only download the new ones. Another program you are using has the option set to remove from server after it's been downloaded. Find that other program and remove that check box if you want to save all your emails on the server.
