I upgraded and installed ACT! v18 from Act! 2013. During the installation it said it was uninstalling my previous version. ACT! database & history intact in new installation - all registered with serial #.
Emails don't record in v18 and Quick Attach doesn't work either.
All instances are recorded in my HistoryQueue/errors folder with the same issue:

If you did not do the following - When you do the email system setup make sure that select Remove in Wizard 3 of 8 and then add. This will update the links.
