Hi. I'm having an issue betwen ACT! Premiumm 2009 hotfix 4 and Outlook 2007 (on Windows XP and also on Windows Vista and 7) when it comes to email history. They won't attach themselves to the history in ACT!.
When I hit the e-mail button in ACT!, it opens an email and when you send the email it never fills in the history in ACT!.
I can quick attach an email via Outlook okay and I can see ACT! address book, so that's all working. Act.Outlook.Service.exe is running. Any idea's where to look?
