email history

Hi. I'm having an issue betwen ACT! Premiumm 2009 hotfix 4 and Outlook 2007 (on Windows XP and also on Windows Vista and 7) when it comes to email history. They won't attach themselves to the history in ACT!.

 

When I hit the e-mail button in ACT!, it opens an email and when you send the email it never fills in the history in ACT!.

 

I can quick attach an email via Outlook okay and I can see ACT! address book, so that's all working. Act.Outlook.Service.exe is running. Any idea's where to look?

Okay, I found the problem. I have to go into Add-Ins and choose how I want it added to History. Is there a way to default the selection when my users click on E-mail from ACT!?

If I understand what you are saying, this is set when you setup the ACT! preferences for each user on their PCs...
