hi i'm stuck entering web addresses to unblock on our web filter. when trying to get started on e marketing on act prem v18 i encounter the following after trying to set up a profile
any help would be much appreciated

Sorry that you've encountered this error! Can you confirm which section of the program/ exactly what you were doing when this error cropped up?
You mentioned setting up a profile - do you mean creating/saving a Sender Profile in the "Manage Sender Profiles" window?
Could you also clarify what you mean when you said you're unblocking web addresses on your web filter?
One thing that may be worth trying is simply logging out, and then back in, to your Act! emarketing account - and then trying what you were doing again.
You can do this quickly and easily from the "Emarketing" drop down menu in the Act! software.
