e-mail replys will not go through

e-mail replys will not go through

I am using Act 2009, version 11.0.0.367. When I reply to emails (I use the act e-mail as opposed to Outlook), the reply stays in my Outbox. If I copy and paste the actual e-mail address of the person I am replying to, and hit send, it will then send. Any ideas???

Based on the information provided, your issue appears to be associated with a previously reported issue. An update will be provided if the status changes, or if an alternative work-around to this issue is identified. I apologize for any inconvenience this issue may cause.

 

The current workaround is to manually enter or paste the email address into the To: field and this will allow the message to send.
