I am using Act 2009, version 220.127.116.117. When I reply to emails (I use the act e-mail as opposed to Outlook), the reply stays in my Outbox. If I copy and paste the actual e-mail address of the person I am replying to, and hit send, it will then send. Any ideas???

Thank you for participating in the ACT! Community. Based on the information provided, your issue appears to be associated with a previously reported issue. An update will be provided if the status changes, or if an alternative work-around to this issue is identified. I apologize for any inconvenience this issue may cause.
The current workaround is to manually enter or paste the email address into the To: field and this will allow the message to send.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
