We've recently had some employee turnover. We deleted the user in the "Manage Users" table; at the end it asked if we wanted to delete the contact record and we clicked Yes. However, the records are still there and can not be deleted by the administrator (grayed out on the drop down menu). How do we delete these records?

Which records are still there? The former employee's record? If manage users is grayed out, it means you don't have administrator access to the database. Login with an admin to delete the user.

I am the primary administrator, so my logon is default to administration role. I have tried to delete this contact both at the server and client. I also am the record creator. Record manager field is inaccessible (grayed out).
The data that remains on the card includes information on the history tab. I can delete certain fields, even company name, but the card continues to show up in the Employees group (criteria = company contains VibrAlign).
Any other ideas?
