custom columns task list

i share task with all users as suberbly explained here:

currently i do not allow phone numbers to be in-use with database users having said this

i use the customize column "Phone" label to filter my task list view

if my primary "schedule with" contact did not have a phone number i would have to assign a fictitious number to each contact.

 

Whats needed is some sort of filter that excludes my group "database users" from my task list view

 

any add-ons or work arounds
