Old computer crashed and got a new computer
installed act and receive this message.
The "ownerpc" computer could not be reached because the IP address could not be resolved verifying "ownerpc" is available on the network, that is has the correct ip adress, and that the sql server is properly installed may resolve the issue.
I am on the network, not sure what the problem is.
