You can uninstall Act via the command line, but you'll to create need an installshield script first by uninstalling Act on a machine and recording the process.
You will first need to grab the uninstaller by starting it from control panel> opening task manager > right click setup.exe in Processes > Open file location > Copy entire folder and contents to a more permanent location, i.e. C: root.
Once you have saved setup.exe, run the following command:
C:\setup.exe /r /f1c:\uninstall.iss
You'll have to complete the uninstall, and once setup.exe has closed after finishing, you should find a file named uninstall.iss in your C: root.
Once you have this, you can move the script, and the uninstaller to location where all the machines can access it, then run:
C:\setup.exe /s /f1c:\uninstall.iss
editing the code to the locations you have chosen.
