i am using 2007 premium EX edition.
i run the hotfix 3 from my server.
after that it is asking me to re-activate the product eventhough it is already activated.
I am not allowed to use the online product activation as it appears that I have used all my 10 activation attempts.
do we have a solution for this?
should we call Sage to reset the tolerance level of the Serial number?

yes you need to call Sage for this issue, or try the following:
Go to www.act.com >support>Knowledge base>then on the "search by" choose "Answer ID" then type this numbers "14245"

i tried those steps in the knowledge base , but did'nt work.
i called Sage Dubai to get my phone activation code.
but they are saying that they cannot produce the phone activation code because i already got these codes more than 20 times.
they can only increase the tolerance level but it will not help me because it says cannot do an online activation.
do you have a solution for this??

How many licenses do you have?
How many times have you tried to register?
Did you use the license on multiple machines?

Hi Mike. I am also having concerns aboutregistering my ACT Fior Real Estate. It was purchased for our office and we want users on other office computers to be able to use it as well. Should it be installed on the other work stations, and should they also register their installation? How many times can our copy be registered?
