Is there a way to input a meeting without a user name? i.e. Monthly Sales Meeting 9am-5pm instead of (John Smith) Monthly Sales Meeting 9am-5pm
Also, is there a way to put import american holidays?

Are you referring to the user name or the contact name? The user name will only show when you're looking at other user's activities. As for the contact name, you cannot stop is from showing.

Sorry to confuse you. What I need to know is if there is a way to put something on a calendar with having to set up a meeting, to do..... etc. We have set up a user called "shared user" People want to be able to see various common activities. For example, someones birthday, monthly sales meeting, golf outing or Florida covention. They don't want to have to set a meeting. They want to be able to just write it in.
Also, is there a way import holidays into calendars? I appreciate your help.
