*.aoi files created on deleting an activity - why, what, how?

Something odd.

When I am in Contacts, viewing activities. If I go to delete an activity, I get the prompt "are you sure you want to delete this activity" I click YES and an *.aoi file is created and is visible at the base of the browser window.

The *.aoi file is formed is for example C:\Users\my name\Downloads\21384671-1da5-450e-bf23-e466e41823e6.aoi

They are created every time I delete an activity, I have 3 at the bottom of my browser at the moment.

I don't have any applications to open an *.aoi file and have no idea what thet are, but every time I delete an activity, I get a new *.aoi file.

Act! (Web) Version: 22.1.212.0, Update 2
