I Have Act Premium 2010 installed. The database is on the server in a shared folder.
On the server if I go to preferences then general and select allow display country code in phone fields and hit apply it works.
However I have a user that is trying to access this same feature over the network.
When we check the box "allow display country code in phone fields" and hit apply we get these errors:
-the folder you specified does not exist
So we select create a new folder and then we get this
-the given paths format is not supported
I am stuck and looked through the knowledgebase and did not see anything on this.
