We recently lost our ACT server and had to do a fresh installation of the OS and ACT 2006 Premium for Workgroups. Fortunately our database files were in a differnet location
We have 2 licenses one for 20 users and a second for 5 users giving us a total of 25 licenses.
After installing ACT I applied the first license key and saw that I had 20 licenses. My instructions were to remove the first license via the help menu and apply the second license key and restart ACT. After doing this I found I only had 5 licenses?
I'm not sure what I have missed

Don't remove the one sreial number. Go to Help | Register and add the second serial number.
