ACT Version 16.0.291.0 Hot Fix 4
Outlook 2010, Version 14.0.7140.5002 (32 bit)
Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1
Shared Database on Server
One of our users continues to get an error that shuts down Outlook. The Error References an issue with act.shared.collections.dll.
Ran a registry cleaner- did not fix issue.
Completely un-installed Outlook and re-installed. Did not fix issue.
Issue is isolated to one user.
Any suggestions or insight would be much appreciated.

Check and see if he has one or more bad email addresses for his contacts. If he does remove them and then remove Outlook as the email client and add it back. That recreates the address book that Outlook uses for Act!. Also deleting temporary files is always a good idea. I use CCleaner to do it.

You might also run Eset's Online Scanner and Malwarebytes to make sure he doesn't have any viruses or spyware on his system.
