justupgraded to simply 2009 and act 2009. I installed Actlink. Itinstalled fine. I selected the company, when it asks for username and passwordi get an error stating that i have a wrong username and password. once in awhile it will accept the password. it then states i need to close act andrestart for changes to take effect. one i restart Act it again asks me for ausername and password and i again get the username is correct. After the thirdtime ACT starts but it is not linked with simply.
I havetried with Simply logged in and not started as well as with a couple differentusernames.
Hasanyone seen this before and what did you do to resolve the problem.
