I keep having to configure at startup. Would anyone have any idea how to make this function stay?

In fact I found a simple fix. Firstly - it happened on both PCs with ACT at the same time, so I guess it must be some automatic update.
I found on both PCs that starting ACT first fixed the problem and it hasn't recurred. No idea why, don't care!
