i can't get it to connect
i've installed the app itself in the outlook, and i get to the logon window in the outlook message where i have the user/pass/db/url fields
and i get a message saying the credentials are incorrect
i've checked to see that my act user is with api permissions and it does
what am i doing wrong?
my act is on premises v18.2 premium web

In order to get the URL, you will have to install Act! Connect first:
Inside the article you will find download links for it.
And YES, you need an active subscription.
