I have a terminal server 2008 with ACT premium 2011 sp1 .
there is a serious problem with the synchronisation between outlook 2007 and ACT.
I have checked all the articles on the knowledgebase, but with no results.

when I want to synchronise the calendar with outlook; I get the message: synchronisation has failed.
in the eventviewer I see no errors.
Can you help me how I investigate the problem and solve it?
Is there a log file so I can troubleshoot?
