When using the Act Premium Contact Link plugin within Outlook the panel does not have the ability to be "pinned".
Therefore when clicking through emails the panel will disappear forcing the user to continually click on the button in the tool bar.
The panel should have the "pin" added so that users can choose to keep this panel open or allow it to close.
Please confirm receipt of this request and that it has been added to the backlog.
