We are having an issue with our database that is in a shared enviroment. It seems that if one of our remote users (Terminal Services) is viewing a contact at the same time as a local user and switches contacts the local user sees the history for the new contact, instead of history belonging to the contact they are currently viewing.
We are running: ACT! by Sage Premium 2010 Version 12.0.409.0, Hotfix 3
Is this a known issue? I couldn't seem to find it in the KB at all.

Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
