We recently upgraded to Microsoft Office 2010 and at the same time ACT Premium 2012 (our 2008 version did not work with office 2010).
I have templates that were created in the older version by doing a save as and renaming with the .adt file extension which all transfered during the upgrade. I have had problems though with those .adt files when, once opened, after editting and trying to save get a message that indicates the file is open by another user and cannot be saved. At the time this occurs no other user has ACT let alone the .adt template open I'm working in. I don't know where to begin to try and resolve this problem, can anyone help?
