I have a number of users in different ACT databases and when the go to WRITE and select "OTHER DOCUMENT" and Word 2010 opens the file they do not see the full "SAVE AS" option list in Word. Specifically "SAVE AS" PDF is not a choice.
Why would this be?

This seems strange to me, because when you are working in WORD outside of ACT, you can go to SAVE AS and select the full range of file formats including .pdf. Why is this option not available when saving a WORD template you open through ACT?

We have 20 users in a dozen databases and only ONE user has the "SAVE AS" PDF option available in MS WORD 2010 even though this option is now standard with Office 2010.
