Word 2007 Addins empty menu command

[ Edited ]

I'm using Act 2011 and Word 2007. When I create a document, I don't see the Add-Ins list, but I see "menu command". A couple months ago, I could print a document, and then use the pull down menu for Add-ins to record it as a history, but now that option disappeared. I don't know when it disappeared; I dont' use this option but a few times a year.

I also used to get a littlebox pop up that allowed me to select to record a document that I've printed. Now this is missing and I dont know how to get it back. Word 2007 shows the "Add-ins" tab, that lists menu command, but there aren't any commands to choose.

I views the add-ins Word was installed before ACT, so I dont know what else to do. I viewed the registry and it's settings appear correct.

Any ideas what toI check? thanks, Judy
