We have purchased a new server, Server 2012, SQL, and ACT!. Can someone help with Server set up for setting up Server 2012 to be able to run both ACT! locally and remotely? A picture or screenshot of what fields that may need to be checked from the server set up would be fantastic!
Also, if you have any suggested set up options with client settings as well that would be great!

Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. Currently, ACT! does not supports Server 2012. This will be included, along with Windows 8 support, in the Service Pack 1 update for ACT! 2013 targeted for early January.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
