Windows 7 Professional 32 bit and Act 2010 Premimum

So I have a new HP opend out of the box with Windows 7 Professional.

 

Install Office 2003 (no errors)

Install Act 2010 Premimum (no errors)

 

Launch ACT and get message

 

"The Required Arial Regular font for ACT! is not present"

 

I have installed this a million times on Windows XP never sen this, Why wouldnt ACT include this if not already there?

 

I tried getting fonts off an XP machine and brough them into Windows 7 and no help.

 

Anyone know where / how to fix this problem?

I have the same issue with Win 7 64-bit. ACT 2011 WAS working just fine, now today I get the font error. What gives?!

Sounds like the Arial font has become damaged or uninstalled.  Try these steps to install the Arial font:

1. Close Sage ACT!
2. Click on Windows Start
3. In the "Search Programs and File" dialog box type in:
"c:\windows\fonts\arial.ttf" and hit enter
4. A window will appear with two (2) options. Print and Install. Select the Install option
5. Once the installation is complete, open Sage ACT!

Also, be sure to browse to 'C:\Windows\Fonts' and see if 'arial.ttf' is in the folder.
