Running ACT 2009 in 64 Bit. Runs great, have issues with the scheduler service starting. Called support and they recommended install - reinstall on machine that is the "database location PC". Local network sync works great. Getting ready to implement ActInternetSync via IIS 7.0.

Vista Ultimate

ACT 2009 EX (4 Licenses)

Memory 6GB

HD 500GB

If the database is not on your system, to set the Scheduler service to login with an account that has admin access on both systems as per this ACT! Knowledge Base article - http://tinyurl.com/6s73qn

I have a new agent who has a laptop with Vista 64. We sync to a server running 2008 Premium. I can't load 2008 onto her 64 bit Vista. What is the solution?  All agents and server have to upgrade to 2009?

Either that or load Vista 32bit on the laptop

Thanks, Mike!  Those are my only options, right?  We'd all have to upgrade if I went to 2009 fo her?

Definately the best option... ACT! 2009 is unquestionably the best version of ACT! to-date.

Randy

I see you were getting ready to implementActInternetSync via IIS 7.0 in Oct. 08. Did it go well for you?

I can't configure IIS 7.0 so Act internet Sync and see it. So I haven't been able to install it yet.

Any tips?
