Thank you for the feedback.  We cannot downgrade to version 17.  We were informed that if we do stand a very good chance of loosing our history.  We cannot take that risk.  The new additions and history are critical to our conversations with our customers.


I hope your right and this upgrade will take place this weekend.

This could be the case, it depends where you are working on the database. If your latest changes were made on the offline desktop client, then yes, these changes would be lost when downgrading. Only the data that appears in the web interface would be saved.

I've suggested we change our Premium Cloud upgrading FAQ KB article and recommendation for customers, to not upgrade their offline clients until the server is confirmed upgraded, to avoid similar situations in the future.
