Why does Act for Web 2011 not calculate any product price that is over two decimal places?

Example:  if I have a product that costs .003 per unit, the web version does not
calculate.  The desktop version
does.  Interestingly enough this worked
on the web version before the first update.
I have called numerous times for a fix, but still nothing.

Version 13.1.105.0  Hotfix 4 on the server.  This is a pain.  Not sure what they did during one of the hotfixes, but before hotfix 1, this worked fine.
