I am NEW to Act! Primarily using as a contact management system for myself and 2 other sales reps. Not finding this user friendly and I do not have time to sit and watch video after video. Is there an EASY step by step?

Basically... after creating a database
1. Create companies
2 then you create contacts From that company
3. and with that contact ... then you create scheduled activities and.....
4. business opportunities
Do not forget to make a Database backup periodically...
